Survival with room to breathe
Gather, explore, trade, build something real, and let the map become more interesting because players have been there.
Java + Bedrock crossplay SMP · Season 2 live
School's out. Season 2 is live. A player-built semi-vanilla SMP with survival at its center — three nations at war, premium and cracked in one shared world, zero pay-to-win, and proudly hosted on Snownode.
Season 2 · live for
Since Jul 21, 2026 — Season 1 (Jul 13) was the proving grounds.
Built by players
After Hours protects the rhythm that makes a good SMP stick: a place to survive, a reason to come back, and a community that turns ordinary terrain into shared history.
Gather, explore, trade, build something real, and let the map become more interesting because players have been there.
Java and Bedrock players share one world as of Season 2. Run /linkaccount and your inventory follows you across both editions.
SetHome, SimpleBack, SimpleTPA, restored skins, one-player sleep, and proximity voice on Java cut the dead time — the risk and discovery still matter.
Premium and cracked players join the same server, on any client from 1.12.2 to the latest version. Bring a crew or arrive alone and make a place for yourself.

A faction engine built from scratch for After Hours. Pick a banner and fight for it — or walk alone and answer to no one. Every system below runs on a plugin made specifically for this server.
"Strength through discipline."
The Order fights like a single blade — precise, patient, and unforgiving. They don't outnumber you. They out-execute you.
/nation → Crimson"Unity is our fortress."
The Pact holds the line. What one member can't carry, the many shoulder — nobody in blue ever stands alone.
/nation → Azure"From many, one unstoppable force."
The Swarm multiplies. Every loss becomes a lesson, every member a seed of the next wave — and the wave always comes.
/nation → Verdant/nation any time to enlist. Choose carefully: you get one free switch, and leaving afterwards means 24 hours in Nomad Purgatory before you can join again.

The engine under the hood
Active players (anyone online within 72 hours) are tracked per nation, so the war stays a war — not a coronation.
If a nation leads the smallest by 3+ active members, it locks. No new recruits until the scales even out.
IPs are logged. Five alts from one household count as a single member — you can't fake an army.
One free switch, ever. After that, leaving drops you into a 24-hour real-time cooldown before any nation can take you in.
/nc <message> stays inside your nation. Global chat carries your tag — [Crimson], [Azure], [Verdant] — so everyone knows who's talking.
Deal or take PvP damage and you're tagged for 15 seconds. No opening menus, no deserting mid-fight.
Every cross-nation kill is recorded. /nation wars opens the leaderboard of the war — settle it on paper or on the field.
/linkaccount mirrors your inventory, ender chest, and stats between Java and Bedrock in real time — play on either, lose nothing.
Quick sort · 10 seconds · no wrong answers
Three gut-checks. We'll point you at a banner — the real enlistment still happens with /nation in game.
The war starts. You…

Strike first, strike clean. The Order values precision over numbers — you'll fit right in.

We put After Hours on Snownode for one reason: the world never stutters. Not mid-raid, not mid-war, not at 3am when the night crew is building. Season 2 feels instant because of them.— After Hours staff
Canada, the United States, the United Kingdom, France, Singapore and Australia — every home wired at 1 Gbit/s+, so packets always take the shortest path to the core. After Hours rides the France node.
High-clock CPUs and fast NVMe storage — the actual iron running the world.
A powerful, easy-to-use control panel with a full file manager, FTP access and a one-click console — every feature documented end to end in their knowledgebase.
Every customer gets Snownode's subdomain creator free — point a clean, memorable address at your server with zero extra cost and zero config headaches.
The moment a package is purchased the server is live — panel, FTP and all are waiting for you. No ticket, no queue, no "please allow 24 hours".
Always-on mitigation comes standard, so a raid stays a raid in-game — never a disconnected screen while someone tries to flood the box.
Run more than one world off the same box with built-in splitting — scale the lobby, the SMP and the events server without scaling your bill.
A support team that actually answers when you need a hand — not a bot wall. They don't want you left alone with a problem at 2am.
The good kind of extra
The server has a clear point of view. Useful systems stay quiet in the background so the world, your friends, and the survival loop remain the main event.
No bloated RPG grind. Mine, build, trade, explore, and make your own endgame.
GrimAC watches Java, Themis watches Bedrock. Honest fights only — and head drops make every kill worth something.
Java and Bedrock share one world. Run /linkaccount and your inventory follows you across both editions.
SVC voice chat on the Java side — hear whoever's close, premium or cracked. Bedrock players join the fight and use Discord for voice.
Premium and cracked accounts belong in the same world, on any client from 1.12.2 to the newest version.
Custom plugins made in-house, steered by player feedback. The nations engine is the first — the kill leaderboard is next.
Java vs Bedrock
Crossplay means one shared world — but a couple of features are edition-specific. Here is the honest breakdown so nobody is surprised after they join.
GrimACThemis1.12.2+LatestOne note on voice: in-game proximity chat runs on Simple Voice Chat, which is a Java mod — so Bedrock players can't use it yet. Bedrock crew, hop into the Discord voice channels to talk with everyone; the fight in-world is fully shared.
Phase 03 · In development
Every cross-nation kill is already being recorded. When Phase 03 ships, this board goes live on the server — and the top three killers of the season get immortalized with a look as loud as the record. This is a live preview of how it will feel.

The plan
No vaporware, no endless beta. Here is exactly where the project stands and what happens next.
The proving grounds. A testing season to stress-test the core, tune the plugins, and burn the kinks out of the world before it mattered.
Jul 13, 2026Crossplay goes live with Themis for Bedrock, the custom Nations engine ships, and SVC proximity voice brings the Java side to life. This is the real thing.

SoonNew in-house plugins shaped by what the player base likes, dislikes, and asks for. Your feedback steers the roadmap.
SoonSemi-anarchy code
Build, raid, fight, betray, hide, and survive however you want. Staff will not protect bases or restore lost items. The hard boundary is unfair advantage, server-breaking behavior, and real-world harm.
Use vanilla Minecraft or approved, non-advantageous modifications.
Keep the server playable and the rewards worth earning.
If standard vanilla mechanics can do it, it is part of the game.
Chat stays largely unmoderated. You can say what you think. Heavy slurs and hate speech are the exception.

Three factions — the Crimson Order, the Azure Pact, and the Verdant Swarm — built on a custom plugin made for this server. Run /nation to join, use /nc for private chat, and check /nation wars for the kill scoreboard. No banner? You're a Nomad, free to join whenever.

Yes, on the Java side — SVC proximity voice chat lets you hear players who are close to you, whether you're on a premium or a cracked Java client. Bedrock players can't use the in-game voice mod yet, so they jump into the Discord voice channels to talk with everyone. The world and the combat are fully shared across both editions.

Nothing — that's the semi-anarchy deal. Staff never restore items or roll back bases. Hide well, trust slowly, and keep a backup stash somewhere nobody thinks to look.
Open a ticket in Discord with a clip or coordinates. GrimAC and Themis catch most of it automatically; human review handles the rest. Reports stay confidential.
Never. Any planned perks are cosmetic only — particles, chat flair, and similar. Gameplay stays earn-it, full stop.
