Built by players

The world stays Minecraft.

After Hours protects the rhythm that makes a good SMP stick: a place to survive, a reason to come back, and a community that turns ordinary terrain into shared history.

01

Survival with room to breathe

Gather, explore, trade, build something real, and let the map become more interesting because players have been there.

02

Crossplay that just works

Java and Bedrock players share one world as of Season 2. Run /linkaccount and your inventory follows you across both editions.

03

Convenience without replacing the game

SetHome, SimpleBack, SimpleTPA, restored skins, one-player sleep, and proximity voice on Java cut the dead time — the risk and discovery still matter.

04

One shared after-hours crowd

Premium and cracked players join the same server, on any client from 1.12.2 to the latest version. Bring a crew or arrive alone and make a place for yourself.

Season 2 · Custom plugin

Three nations. One world.

A faction engine built from scratch for After Hours. Pick a banner and fight for it — or walk alone and answer to no one. Every system below runs on a plugin made specifically for this server.

[Crimson]

The Crimson Order

"Strength through discipline."

The Order fights like a single blade — precise, patient, and unforgiving. They don't outnumber you. They out-execute you.

/nation → Crimson
[Azure]

The Azure Pact

"Unity is our fortress."

The Pact holds the line. What one member can't carry, the many shoulder — nobody in blue ever stands alone.

/nation → Azure
[Verdant]

The Verdant Swarm

"From many, one unstoppable force."

The Swarm multiplies. Every loss becomes a lesson, every member a seed of the next wave — and the wave always comes.

/nation → Verdant
No banner? You're Nationless — a Nomad. Run /nation any time to enlist. Choose carefully: you get one free switch, and leaving afterwards means 24 hours in Nomad Purgatory before you can join again.

The engine under the hood

SYS / 01

Automatic balancing

Active players (anyone online within 72 hours) are tracked per nation, so the war stays a war — not a coronation.

SYS / 02

Nation locking

If a nation leads the smallest by 3+ active members, it locks. No new recruits until the scales even out.

SYS / 03

Anti-alt protection

IPs are logged. Five alts from one household count as a single member — you can't fake an army.

SYS / 04

Switching & purgatory

One free switch, ever. After that, leaving drops you into a 24-hour real-time cooldown before any nation can take you in.

SYS / 05

Private war comms

/nc <message> stays inside your nation. Global chat carries your tag — [Crimson], [Azure], [Verdant] — so everyone knows who's talking.

SYS / 06

Combat tagging

Deal or take PvP damage and you're tagged for 15 seconds. No opening menus, no deserting mid-fight.

SYS / 07

War statistics

Every cross-nation kill is recorded. /nation wars opens the leaderboard of the war — settle it on paper or on the field.

SYS / 08

Crossplay sync

/linkaccount mirrors your inventory, ender chest, and stats between Java and Bedrock in real time — play on either, lose nothing.

Three gut-checks. We'll point you at a banner — the real enlistment still happens with /nation in game.

The good kind of extra

Polished, not overbuilt.

The server has a clear point of view. Useful systems stay quiet in the background so the world, your friends, and the survival loop remain the main event.

01

Survival first

No bloated RPG grind. Mine, build, trade, explore, and make your own endgame.

02

Clean combat

GrimAC watches Java, Themis watches Bedrock. Honest fights only — and head drops make every kill worth something.

03

True crossplay

Java and Bedrock share one world. Run /linkaccount and your inventory follows you across both editions.

04

Proximity voice · Java

SVC voice chat on the Java side — hear whoever's close, premium or cracked. Bedrock players join the fight and use Discord for voice.

05

Open access

Premium and cracked accounts belong in the same world, on any client from 1.12.2 to the newest version.

06

Built for this server

Custom plugins made in-house, steered by player feedback. The nations engine is the first — the kill leaderboard is next.

One note on voice: in-game proximity chat runs on Simple Voice Chat, which is a Java mod — so Bedrock players can't use it yet. Bedrock crew, hop into the Discord voice channels to talk with everyone; the fight in-world is fully shared.

Semi-anarchy code

Freedom is wide open.Play fair.

Build, raid, fight, betray, hide, and survive however you want. Staff will not protect bases or restore lost items. The hard boundary is unfair advantage, server-breaking behavior, and real-world harm.

Hard line, strictly enforced Vanilla play is allowed

01 / Core rule

No cheating or hacked clients

Use vanilla Minecraft or approved, non-advantageous modifications.

  • BannedHacked clients, X-Ray packs, flight, speed hacks, killauras, auto-totems, and botting.
  • AllowedSodium, Iris, OptiFine, visual mods, and standard mini-maps.
  • EnforcedGrimAC on Java, Themis on Bedrock. Permanent ban, no warning.

02 / Server health

No lag machines or exploit duping

Keep the server playable and the rewards worth earning.

  • BannedMachines built only to crash the server or tank TPS.
  • BannedGame-breaking duplication of shulkers, gear, or items.
  • AllowedTechnical farms, TNT dupers for farms, and bedrock breaking.

03 / The world

Everything else is legal

If standard vanilla mechanics can do it, it is part of the game.

  • LegalGriefing and stealing. Hide your base well.
  • LegalPvP and betrayal. Trust people at your own risk.
  • LegalAmbushes, traps, and raids — part of the semi-anarchy experience.

04 / Chat

Speak your mind — within one line

Chat stays largely unmoderated. You can say what you think. Heavy slurs and hate speech are the exception.

  • The lineNo heavy slurs, doxing, severe real-world threats, or crash spam. An advanced filter catches slurs automatically.
  • PenaltyMute or ban depending on severity.

The things people ask most before they join. Still curious? The Discord is wide open.

Yes. Season 2 started on July 21, 2026 and is live right now. Season 1 (July 13, 2026) was the testing season that got everything ready. The IPs are public — just join.

Yes. Premium and cracked accounts share the same world. Cracked players register through AuthMe on first join — pick a strong password, because your account is yours.

Yes — the server is fully crossplay as of Season 2. Bedrock players are protected by Themis anti-cheat, and /linkaccount links your Java and Bedrock inventories so nothing gets left behind.

The server runs 1.21.11, and clients from 1.12.2 all the way to the newest Minecraft version can connect — Java and Bedrock alike.

Three factions — the Crimson Order, the Azure Pact, and the Verdant Swarm — built on a custom plugin made for this server. Run /nation to join, use /nc for private chat, and check /nation wars for the kill scoreboard. No banner? You're a Nomad, free to join whenever.

It's the next big update (Phase 03). Every cross-nation kill is recorded and ranked on a live leaderboard. At the end of the season, the top three killers get immortalized with exclusive cosmetics. You can watch a live preview of it on this page above.

Yes, on the Java side — SVC proximity voice chat lets you hear players who are close to you, whether you're on a premium or a cracked Java client. Bedrock players can't use the in-game voice mod yet, so they jump into the Discord voice channels to talk with everyone. The world and the combat are fully shared across both editions.

We're proudly hosted on Snownode — top-tier hardware, DDoS protection, and premium routing keep the world lag-free through every raid. After Hours sits on their France node. Want your own server? Code AFTERHOURS takes 20% off at Snownode.

No whitelist — the server is open. Copy the IP and come in.

Nothing — that's the semi-anarchy deal. Staff never restore items or roll back bases. Hide well, trust slowly, and keep a backup stash somewhere nobody thinks to look.

Open a ticket in Discord with a clip or coordinates. GrimAC and Themis catch most of it automatically; human review handles the rest. Reports stay confidential.

Never. Any planned perks are cosmetic only — particles, chat flair, and similar. Gameplay stays earn-it, full stop.
